I am an intuitive healer and a registered Acupuncturist in Nova Scotia. My Journey in Academia (Ph.D in Molecular Biology- UCalgary), allowed me to notice the patterns of work-related stress, anxiety and psychological distress, outdated beliefs and ancestral programming, inner child trauma, both in myself and around me. I took an interest to further my healing skills through research and learning multiple healing modalities. Deep gratitude to the Creator, who gifted me with the time and experience to focus my healing skills to help myself and others to heal.
Since my career shift towards healing and wellness, I was able to regain my true self and radically changed my way of living. Thereafter, I had helped a lot of clients to heal and witnessed many beautiful transformations. This in turn clarified my mission and aligned me with studying acupuncture at CCATCM - Bedford, NS- and further holistic studies . All my studying & research came to the conclusion that emotional & psychological health is intimately linked to the physical health.Therefore, I expanded my healing practices to integrate acupuncture/naturopathy and other modalities to harmonizes the mind / body / soul connection.
In our session, I will be guiding you , helping you to reach your best version of you ! .
